Terrible service. I went in and then asked the lady at the desk to check in. She said to take a ticket. I tried to ask how long from the time I take the ticket. She said it adds 1 hour to the estimated wait time on this site. She was rude and uninviting and apparently bad a problem anwering questions. What the heck is her job if it's not to answer questions.
